Rail System Interlocking Cigar Molds

Our newly design and most popular mold! The rail system design offers our customers the ease and trouble-free opening and closure of the mold.  The rail system features a recessed channel around three sides of the mold for a precision fit when pressing tobacco.

Rail system molds feature handles on the front and both ends and are extemely easy to open compared to a peg system mold which can bind and put stress on the pegs when attempting to open. Rail system molds are made from high density polyethylene and are designed and crafted with precision to within a few thousandths of an inch.  Request a quote today >

Peg System Cigar Molds

Peg system molds are styled after traditional wooden molds with pegs. They feature handles on both ends on the mold for opening. Peg system molds are made from high density polyethylene and are designed and crafted with precision to within a few thousandths of an inch.  Request a quote today >
